I will not answer you. This is the reason.

As soon as we start, I can see it in your eyes. That hopeful, silent question. that desire for someone to simply give you the key.

“Give me instructions. Tell me the strategy. Make everything make sense.”

That request weighs heavily on me. It does.

I am aware of the intense human desire for a quick route to certainty and a map created by someone who has already travelled the route.

And ever since I started working as a transformation coach, I have known deep down that my most sacred duty is to refuse to give you what you want.

I don’t work to give you answers. It’s about pointing you in the direction of the one person who already has them: you.

Following instructions from others does not lead to true empowerment. It is created through the courageous, occasionally clumsy process of listening to your inner voice, which is the only one who truly knows your truth.

I’m not here to be your life’s expert. I am here to protect a place of worship. A place where you can hear your own murmurs, a location that is secure enough for you to face the anxieties that impair your judgment.

It is my responsibility to pose the questions that will enable you to separate the noise from the truth and discover the purpose that is already ingrained in your being.

At its core, transformation coaching is not a transfer of knowledge from me to you. It’s an excavation.

It involves me giving you a shovel and sitting beside you in the dirt with a light in my hand as you search for the answers that have been there the entire time.

On the days when you are unable to believe in your own abilities, I am here to have unwavering faith in you, to serve as a reminder that feeling lost does not indicate failure but rather that you are shedding an old identity in preparation for a new one.

I will therefore sit with you in the ambiguity. I’ll respect the fight. I won’t give you a life preserver, though. I’ll help you recall how strong you are at swimming.

The deepest gift I can give you is the unwavering conviction that you already have everything you require. You are clear. Your goal. Your strength.

My role is to teach you to read your own compass, not to provide you with a road map.

It is a more difficult and braver route. However, it is the only path to a life that is genuinely, authentically, and powerfully yours.
